Website privacy notice
This covers the website only. Your clinical privacy rights are covered by the Notice of Privacy Practices in your client paperwork.
What this site collects
Nothing. This website has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies. Visiting it does not create a record with me.
My web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. I do not access those logs to identify visitors and I do not combine them with anything else.
Why there is no tracking
Federal guidance treats information collected by tracking technologies on health-related web pages — combined with something like an IP address — as protected health information. Rather than manage that risk, this site simply does not track anyone.
Booking and the client portal
Booking and all clinical communication run through a separate HIPAA-compliant practice management system under a business associate agreement. Anything you enter there is governed by that system’s protections and by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a client — not by this page.
Email and text
Ordinary email and SMS are not secure. Please use them only to arrange a time or ask a logistical question, and keep health details out of them. Anything clinical belongs in the portal or in session.
Your clinical records
Your rights over your health information — access, amendment, an accounting of disclosures, and restrictions on use — are set out in the Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake. Contact me directly to exercise any of them.
